With our Support Packs, you have access to a dedicated team, including a developer and, if required, a designer and an assigned account manager who can ensure smooth operations, while you or a team member takes charge of managing the work queue.

You have the option to replenish your hours with an additional support pack as required. Alternatively, we can provide an invoice for the extra hours at a favourable rate.

Typically, we complete the majority of projects within 2-3 business days. However, for more extensive projects and implementations, the turnaround time will vary based on their complexity. In such cases, we will offer a reasonable estimated timeline.

We promise unlimited revisions, no matter your subscription level. We'll keep making additions until your project is perfect. If you want to make changes later, just submit a new request. To review custom code, make sure you have remaining hours or an active subscription.

Your support pack's hourly balance carries over for the next 3 months after purchase. This means you can use your hours during that time. Unused hours expire at the end of this period.

You can ask for a refund within the initial 14 days from your first month of purchase for any reason. Note that our service involves proper staffing and scheduling for high-quality delivery. We operate without long-term contracts, providing flexibility. Refund requests in later months can be considered only if no work has commenced, and a 20% fee will apply to cover refund fees and staffing adjustments.

A senior-level designer usually earns between USD $80,000 to USD $100,000 annually, and a capable developer's salary is comparable or even higher. Finding and affording such professionals can be challenging. Hiring staff also involves additional costs and lacks flexibility during months with reduced workload. However, with our Support Packs, you can engage with a developer or designer whenever necessary.
